Kynan is a highly experienced health, safety and environmental leader with over 20 years experience in a variety of industries and sectors including telecommunications, renewables and utility infrastructure construction, operations and maintenance, engineering and civil construction, underground mining and government. Kynan brings a passionate, strategic and outcome-driven approach to the HSE function for BSA and holds a Master of Occupational and Environmental Health from Monash University as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Sciences) from Deakin University.

With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Sarah’s expertise lies in her hands-on approach to HR, making her a highly effective and knowledgeable professional in the field. She holds a Master of Business and Commerce with a specialization in HR/IR, earned from the University of Western Sydney. Additionally, Sarah is a recognised member of the Australian HR Institute (CAHRI), showcasing her commitment to continuous professional development.

She returns to BSA to head up the Technology Department, having spent her time away leading complex projects in Construction and Telecommunications. Alex is most at home coordinating stakeholders, delivering complex projects, and integrating new technologies. She’s also a big believer in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adhering to industry best practices – which requires constant learning and growth. Beyond the office, Alex is a qualified Lean Sigma Six practitioner and is in the final stages of completing her MBA at Australia’s top business school.
