BSA Advanced Learning

BSA has a number of initiatives focused on training the next generation of technical services and support people, including BSA Advanced Learning (BAL).

BAL has achieved accreditation as a registered training organisation (RTO) - Registered Number 21689. BAL is what sets BSA apart as one of the few Enterprise Training Organisations in Australia that enables the organisation to train its own contractors as needed - critical for a growing business.

The next step in the development of BAL was an initiative aimed at giving something back to the industry by establishing an extensive trainee programme. To date BAL has employed more than 20 school leavers on two year training program. This initiative helps replenish an industry that has a well documented skills shortage. BSA is committed to continually expanding its trainee programme which has to date been an outstanding success.

ICT20308 Certificate II in Telecommunications Cabling
ICT20408 Certificate II in Telecommunications Access Network Cabling
ICT20508 Certificate II in Telecommunications Digital Reception Technology
ICT30208 Certificate III in Telecommunications
ICT30508 Certificate III in Telecommunications Digital Reception Technology
ICT40208 Certificate IV in Telecommunications Engineering

Enterprise training courses can be designed and developed as needed to meet contract requirements. Training can be in any discipline but is currently focused on Telecommunications, Business, Management and Call Centre Operations. The training received from BAL is of the highest standard and delivered by highly experienced staff.
